A little late on this one...so sue me!
Yesterday was actually pretty great for the most part.
Felt like I was walking on air...so far I have been averaging about a pound a day weight loss.
It was sweet because hubby actually tried to drink my salt water flush with me! I realized the warmer you have it, the easier it goes down. We must not have had enough, because it didn't work.
I felt very enlightened yesterday.
But I'm ready for a freakin' meal!
